TAEKWONDO 

Taekwondo, a Korean martial art, has an interesting history which spans several thousands of years. 

This ancient Korean art developed its own techniques of systematic armed and unarmed fighting. 

The origins of modern Taekwondo can be discovered in archeological findings of Kogoorea,  Paekjae, and Silla (the 3 kingdoms of ancient Korea). 

Taekwondo, a synthesis of soft and hard styles, utilizes direct attacks in combination with flowing transitions.   

TAEKWONDO, THE PHYSICAL BENEFITS 
 
Anyone who has visited a martial arts practice hall (Dojang) immediately realizes Taekwondo practice involves strenuous exercise.
