COMPETITION RULES:

  1. All division are by size and weight
  2. Rules will be fair and strictly enforced
  3. All competitors must be students of an established school and must wear a clean, traditional martial arts uniform.
  4. All sparring competitors must wear mouth guard, head gear, shin/instep guards, fist/forearm guards, protective cup (for males), and chest guard. Equipment can be purchased at the Championship site.
  5. Any division with less than five competitors will be combined with the next closest division.
  6. The organizing committee, championship director or championship president will reserve the right to refuse any application.
  7. All competitors must obey rules and abide by decisions.

COACHES – Coaches must be older than 18 years old with a coach's pass, and must follow all rules.

  1. No shorts or T-shirts allowed. Anyone can be a coach; martial arts experience is not required.
  2. There is a maximum of 2 coaches per competitor, and only 1 coach is permitted for each match. Coach pass is required.

GENERAL RULES:

  1. No one will be allowed on the floor without a proper pass except competitors, coaches, championship volunteers and officials.
  2. All the pre-paid tickets, coach's passes, video passes, and pre-registration forms can be picked up at the Registration table at the entrance door.
  3. It is the responsibility of each competitor to schedule and to compete in all their events.
  4. Championship rules, regulations, schedule, divisions and site are subject to change without prior notice.
