| Jujitsu Jujitsu is on e of
the oldest martial arts, dating back over 2500
years in Japan. It was practiced by the Samurai
of the Heian period. Many modern martial arts,
such as Aikido, Judo and Karate originated from
Jujitsu. Jujitsu includes the throws and leverage
or Judo, the nerves and attacker momuntum of
Aikido and the striking and kicking of
Karate.
