What is Master Park's Program?

Master Parks' program is the most dynamic and popular way to get in shape in the future.  It combines the benefits for a good calisthenics workout with the explosive techniques of Master Park's Martial Arts.  All in a Non-Contact environment.   Master Park's Program is not a "Fluffy" aerobics program.  You will have a great time getting in shape!  We Guarantee it!!

Master park recommends this training for all age groups of ladies as one of the best ways to burn calories.  You will gain muscle tone and strength, along with improved flexibility, balance, sped, quickness, strength, power, endurance, coordination, better posture, weight control, as well as mentally relieving stress, reducing anxiety, releasing tension, relaxation, better focusing, building confidence and control.

Absolutely! From your first class you will begin learning the proper way to punch, kick and move effectively.  These skills combined with the increased aerobic capacity gained by taking the classes will allow you to more readily defend yourself if the occasion arises.  Since we work on freestanding heavy bags during most every class, you learn to develop POWERFUL kicking and punching techniques.  It's a lot more fun to hit something and NOT get hit back!
